2018 Dubai World Cup Betting Preview PT 2

Collected had been in the mix for a 5/1 margin but there are only a few books offering up prices on him right now so it’s best to adopt a wait and see approach with the contender that finished second to the widely-vaunted Gun Runner in the 2017 Breeders’ Cup Classic.

Forever Unbridled was kept in training coming into next year and there is a good chance that the popular filly will take on the 2018 Dubai World Cup at Meydan in March. Right now, the punters have her backed down to a 6/1 margin and that’s not bad but you’ll also notice that there are a few pricing her up to an 8/1 price if you keep your eyes peeled.

Last year’s Kentucky Derby dud and UAE Derby winner Thunder Snow is right in the mix again here and he’s been running rather well despite his rodeo-like efforts over the sloppy Churchill Downs surface. The ante post markets have him priced right in the each-way sweet spot with a solid price of around 10/1 to 12/1 - expect him to be a popular representative for the local connections.

Hoppertunity made the run to Dubai last year and he’s also in the mix again this year with a price hovering anywhere between a 10/1 margin all the way up to an impressive 14/1 price tag. Lancaster Bomber is also an interesting outside shot with a 16/1 listing.

Mubtaahij is also the one to watch here with bookmakers really struggling to price him with a listing anywhere between a 6/1 price all way up to a 25/1 price depending on whom you’re wagering with.
