It seems to be all out war between Sir Paul McCartney and former wife Heather Mills McCartney, or rather she is gunning for the former Beatles' fortune - all my Loving? Rather, You never give me your money.

Lady Mucca, as she has been dubbed after the tabloid press exposed her past life as a call girl, has been crying Help! on American TV shows, revealing that she fears for her life because of death threats.

"All I can say is when we first split, I said to Paul, 'I'm going to be crucified. ... You know why we split. You know the truth. They don't need to know the details, but you need to stand up and say, 'I'm responsible for the breakdown of this marriage'," Mills McCartney told NBC's Today programme.

Lady Mucca then went on to blame the British tabloids for her problems and revealing that she would seek European legislation to make newspapers apologize to her for untruthful stories. The chances of that happening are of course about as likely as Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds being made a song for an anti-drugs charity but her recent comments have served one use - they have inspired William Hill to open a book on what the future holds for her.

William Hill are offering 3/1 that Heather moves to the States by the end of the year; 10/1 that she is declared bankrupt, 25/1 that she gets back together with Paul and 25/1 to pose topless in the next two years . William Hill's odds suggest that Heather is even money to receive a £50 million plus divorce settlement and she is odds on at 8/15 to publish a warts and all book by the end of 2008!

"Until her recent outburst we had hardly received a bet request, negative or positive, but we now have a decent number of bets in the book, the most popular of which has been for Heather to move to America...wishful thinking for many Beatles fans," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

All leaves us wondering what Paul thought when he saw her standing there and whether the whole issue will be resolved with money -  that's what she wants...(that's enough song quotes, Ed)
