Top tips: Grand National 2007 - review of tipster selections

Here is a round-up of predictions for the John Smith's Grand National at Aintree on Saturday (1615 BST).

The rumours were that mare Liberthine was in foal (pregnant) and her hormones would be raging (in a positive way), but late on Thursday it was revealed that she actually isn't. Despite this I still fancy her as jockey Sam Waley-Cohen has a great record over the National fences, even if he has never ridden in the big race itself before, and his mount has proved she likes jumping them.

This year, we will need horses who have shown form on good or faster ground. Joes Edge, already a Scottish National winner, is peaking just at the right time with a Cheltenham win last time out.
