VC Bet report huge financial interest in Divine Gift for Saturday’s Lincoln Handicap at Doncaster.

The Michael Jarvis trained four-year-old was backed as high as 25/1 at the end of February and is currently trading at 5/1 to land the first major flat race of the season.

“Divine Gift has got a two-out-of-two record on Town Moor and is sure to run a big race,” said VC Bet’s Neal Wilkins.

”He’s by far our biggest liability and it’s certainly going to be a nervy Saturday afternoon for our racing traders.”

Wilkins reported further interest in Kieren Fallon’s mount Zero Tolerance who was on offer at 20-1 on Tuesday and for New Seeker.

”David Barron has prepared Zero Tolerance for this race since the horse signed off with a victory at Newmarket at the back-end of last year.

”And Clive Cox’s New Seeker captured the 29-runner Britannia Handicap at Royal Ascot in 2003 and returned to land the 22-runner Tote International at the track.

”He lost his way last season but has since been gelded which apparently has been the making of him!

”His three-year-old form definitely warrants his position at the head of the market but I am sticking with my original ante-post fancy Sir Michael Stoute’s Stream Of Gold.”

“This full brother to Spectrum has only raced four times and after losing his maiden tag at Pontefract and missing out in a slowly run affair at Sandown he came of age when putting 15 experienced handicappers in their place at Newmarket in October.

“He has been raised 11lb for that win but with his trainer’s impressive record of improving horses with age and with the knowledge that Stream Of Gold has physically matured since last year I make him my four star nap.
