The World Poker Challenge

The World Poker Challenge is yet another official World Poker Tour event, and has always been held at the Reno Hilton in Reno, Nevada.

Checking the official information on the WPT website says the same thing for 2007, but if you go searching for the Reno Hilton you will likely be disappointed, as Harrah’s sold the property, which has been renamed the Grand Sierra Resort. While details have not been released about the format, it is a WPT event, which means the prize pool will be large, and the blinds will move fast, and there will be plenty of pro poker power represented at the tables.

Bodog Poker is running qualifiers for the WPC, which runs March 25-28, 2007.
