ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE TIPS AND PREDICTIONS FOR AUGUST 28

We've got a very solid-looking slate of fixtures kicking off this weekend and we'll be looking to Saturday's action in this article. You have to wonder whether we'll see anymore massive 6-0 hammerings this weekend- it certainly does look possible with Chelsea taking on Stoke- who I think are actually a lot better than many folks give them credit for.
Chelsea have been ruthless in the opening weeks of the campaign, and they'll be looking to pad that goal difference even more.
Blackburn vs Arsenal kicks off at 12:45 and the Gunners are listed as the 3/5 favourites with William Hill while Sam Allardyce's Blackburn side are priced at 9/2. The draw is available at 3/1 and I think that's a good choice for Rovers fans. Arsenal to win is a fairly safe accumulator selection, but I reckon the draw is worth a bash at 3/1.
Blackpool vs Fulham should be interesting and I reckon the Cottagers will be buoyed by taking points off United last week. Blackpool will still be reeling from their spanking at the hands of Arsenal, so I'm backing Mark Hughes' side at 13/10. Blackpool are listed at 11/5 and the draw trades at the same price.
Chelsea are heavy favourites to best Stoke City with the Blues short-priced at 1/9 for the outright victory. Stoke City are a colossal 25/1 to win the match and the draw trades at 7/1. 25/1 is quite a price and I think a few brave punters may have a go. Anything less than a victory is a disaster for Chelsea.
Spurs are solid favourites to dispose of the dissapointing Wigan Athletic and Harry Redknapp's side trade at 2/7 against Martinez's 11/1 price tag. The draw is listed at 4/1, but I think Spurs should take advantage of the obviously bad situation at the DW.
Wolves vs Newcastle is a tricky one as Newcastle might be a bit overconfident after last weekend's theatrics. Andy Carroll is a man in-form though and you'd have to say they're not bad value at 2/1. Wolves trade at 7/5 and they've had a solid start to the season. The 11/5 draw looks about right to me.
Manchester United vs West Ham will be a must-win for United, who need to get their campaign back on track after dropping points on Sunday. They are heavily-favoured for the win with a slim 2/13 price ahead of 20/1 West Ham.
My Saturday accumulator selection is Arsenal x Fulham x Chelsea x Spurs x Draw x United @ 18.41 with William Hill.
