Spain-Greece
This is a dead-rubber match with Spain having already qualified as top of the group and the Greeks have already crashed out of the tournament, just as I suspected they would. While the Hellas were able to capitalize on being an unknown quantity four years ago, their insipid style of play and relatively infuriating approach to the game proved their undoing this time around.

The Spanish have surpassed many peoples expectations, mine included, and they look a decent bet to win the whole thing. With two of the world's best strikers leading the line, Torres and Villa are proving to be a revelation. If Rafa Benitez had any money to spend this season, he would have broken the bank to sign Villa and have Fernando and David marauding around in front of the Kop all season. Villa is, so far, the stand-out player of the tournament. I am confident that Spain will rest many of their key players and I am positive that the Greeks won't be able to put one past Casillas.

Russia-Sweden
While big Zlatan has been doing most of the work for Sweden, up until this point, the Swedes may very well have to look elsewhere for their goal-threat in this crucial encounter with Guus Hiddink's Russia. The Swedes require just a draw and the Russians are in a must-win scenario in order have any chance of venturing beyond the group stages in a European Championship (something they have failed to do thrice). On the opposite side of the same coin, Guus Hiddink has never gone out in the Euro group stages. Something's gotta give.
The Russians are a more quality side than many expected and with a sharp striker like Pavluychenko, you can never really completely bet against them getting on the scoresheet. Akinfeev had a horrible opening game against the Spainish, but he's improved since then and remains a quality keeper. He will be the key factor for Russia in this game. I am confident that Russia will score, and if Akinfeev can stay solid between the sticks, a party in Red Square may not be out of the question.
In order to do this, the Russians will need to sort out the threat from the Swedish front-line. If Zlatan plays, it opens up an interesting set of circumstances because he could very well own the Russians or he could impede his team's progress by playing injured. If the goals will come in this game, for Sweden, they will likely not be coming from Zlatan. And that's a concern. This game could go either way, but take a look at a 1-1 draw or 1-0 to Russia.
