With Jeev Milkha Singh winning the Five Million Dollar, 2008 Singapore Open, a few days back by a shot from South Africa's Ernie Els and Ireland's Padraig Harrington, bookmakers are offering some great odds on him repeating the performance at the 2008 Hong Kong Open.
