Scoop6 Preview for Saturday's Jumps Action

There is a carry-over from last week in the tote Scoop6 and, though Sandown is still due for a late inspection, a full card should be set to run on Saturday. Action from Chepstow, Sandown and Wincanton must be navigated for anyone seeking a slice of the £50,674 win fund and £21,717 bonus fund.

A 20-strong field lines up for the Welsh National- a massive 3m5f110y contest with a cool £45,608 up for grabs to the winner. Synchonised has been the antepost favourite for quite some time with the McCoy factor certainly in effect. Watamu Bay represents a unique each-way option for those looking to back a progressive sort while MAKTU looks poised to capitalize with a 6/1 price tag.

The 32Red.com Handicap Chase goes 3m110y and this one is even trickier than the previous race as not many come into this one with sparkling form. Youngstown could be poised for progression and will certainly exploit the stone and a half he gets on the top weight Eric's Charm. Magic Sky has been knocking on the door for a bit but SOUTH O' THE BORDER could find the wire first as the Twiston-Davies/Twiston-Davies jockey/trainer combo continues to hit well for some odd reason.

A fairly low-key handicap hurdle is the third rung in this week's Scoop6 ladder. GET IT ON looks in great nick as of late and looks well-weighted for this one. Five Star Wilsham also deserves a bit of respect as he's been right in the mix up until the last 100y or so and gets a cut back in distance here.

The other 32Red Handicap Chase runs at Sandown and this is a very talented field of 2m specialists. Nicky Henderson's French Opera takes top weight and should be able to get the job done with David Bass up, however the fact that this is a seasonal debut makes one wonder whether he needs the race or not. Paul Nicholls saddles a pair here and TCHICO POLOS looks a decent shout to avenge his falling effort last time.

3:30 at Wincanton

A 2m5f battle here that looks well set up for WORKING TITLE who has been improving and shouldn't be too put off by the amount of weight he's carrying. I'm a Legend comes in with three on the bounce but is taking a dramatic step up in grade.

3:45 at Sandown

This 2m110y contest looks like it could go to one of the outsiders and VALENTO or possibly First Avenue look best poised to exploit nearly a full stone on the top-weighted Mille Chief. There are a few plausible winners here but none of the top-weighted sorts really tick many boxes.
