WORLD CUP 2010 LATEST BETTING ODDS

The big favourites heading into this year’s World Cup are Spain and Brazil who are listed at 5.0 and 5.5 each. At the time of this writing, England are listed at 7.0 to take the outright World Cup victory- 3rd place favourites to be specific.
Argentina barely qualified for the draw, but they are considered to be the 4th placed favourites with a 10.0 price tag. Germany and Italy are both strong contenders and they will both likely go quite far into the competition. They are well-priced to win it at 11.0. Holland are in with a shout at 12.0 and they are always there or thereabouts. They aren’t quite as strong as they have been in recent years, but they had a solid, albeit quiet, qualifying campaign. Portugal are in the competition after beating Bosnia and they trade at 15.0. France, who shouldn’t be here, sit at 17.0 and that would more or less be the biggest troll of all time if the French go on to actually win the thing.
Ivory Coast are the best-priced African side by some margin and they are listed at 23.0. The odds then nearly double to the next contender, Paraguay, who sit at 41.0. Chile trade at 51.0 and then we have a glut of sides listed at 67.0. They include: Cameroon, Denmark, Ghana, Greece, Serbia, The USA and Uruguay. Mexico, Nigeria and South Africa sit at 81.0 while Australia gets us into the triple-digits at 101.0. Japan and South Korea can be backed alongside the Swiss at 126.0. Algeria, Slovakia and Slovenia are available at a 151.0 price and you’ll find Kim Jong Il’s DPRK at a lengthy 351.0. Honduras are available at 501.0. New Zealand are the highest-priced side in the competition and their Cinderella story would pay out at 1001.0.
Who knows how this one is going to pan out? Right now, we’re watching the draw and we’ll be posting any movement in the odds right here at Betting Choice! Check back once we have the groups drawn!
