Dullahan's late-running style is going to be a really interesting variable in the race – especially considering the fact that he's won a Grade 1 race every single time he has stepped on a synthetic surface. He broke his maiden in a Grade 1 at Keeneland before following it up by defeating American two-year-old champion Hansen in the Grade 1 Bluegrass over the same surface.

Dullahan will enjoy the distance on offer here in the Dubai World Cup and will do well with a nice covered-up trip and a solid pace to aim at.
Both Romans' contenders trade at a quality 12/1 price tag. Dullahan, specifically, was targeted by ante post punters as bookmakers originally priced him at 16/1 but he was hit hard – proving to be the first price-drop of the 2013 Dubai World Cup ante post market.
Saeed Bin Suroor is training another quality Godolphin runner, Out Of Bounds, and he's fresh off a second place finish in the first round of the Al Maktoum Challenge, finishing a length and a half behind fellow California import Barbecue Eddie. The winner of the 2012 Sham Stakes, an early Kentucky Derby prep at Santa Anita, he is getting some credibility for his Dubai World Cup bid and he looks to be one of those contenders that builds up his momentum throughout the entirety of the Carnival. Look for a few more kicks at the can as connections look to get him fit – he would be a bit of a coup for Bin Suroor, who has seen Mahmood Al Zarooni picking up many of Godolphin's key charges.
Look for Out Of Bounds at 14/1.
Other notables include Japanese contender Eishin Flash at 16/1. The six-year-old by King's Best captured the 2012 Tenno Sho at Tokyo Racecourse. So Beautiful is also priced at 16/1 and he is fresh off a second-place finish in the Al Rashidiya at Meydan last week – look for him to kick on and keep moving forward for Sheikh Hamdan.
Punters will also find Parish Hall at 20/1, Grandeur and Planteur at 25/1 apiece and Daddy Long Legs (remember him?) at the same price. Await The Dawn and City Style trade at 33/1.
