2015 Cheltenham Gold Cup Betting Preview PT 2
- By A.J. There is a decent price gap between those two and the next best-price contender Champagne Fever who trades at either 12/1 or as high as 25/1 depending on whom you’re betting with right now.

The most interesting factor in the race is the genuine difference in prices between books with plenty of wagering outlets offering up massive prices compared to others who are offering a run of the mill listing. There are still plenty of interesting contenders on the periphery and much will be made of the next couple of months.
Some of the more interesting contenders include the likes of Menorah - who did not look fluent in the King George and Cue Card - another contender whose price varies significantly with a variety of bookmakers floating him anywhere from 16/1 all the way up to a massive 33/1 price tag.
Sir Des Champs and Road To Riches both line up for Gigginstown. Their pcies are relatively uniform with listings anywhere in the 16/1 to 20/1 range at the time of this writing. Al Ferof is in the mix too and he’s priced out at 14/1 all the way up to 25/1 and he might be an interesting option for some.
Houblon Des Obeaux is also worth of respect and he looms as an interesting each-way option for some with a price hovering between 20/1 and 33/1.
First Lieutenant is also an interesting option as well and he scored impressively at Leopardstown in a solid duel all the way to the finish line. Watch out for him at a hefty 40/1 price tag.
