2015 OLBG Mares Hurdle Betting Tips PT 2
- By A.J. Ryder on March 6, 2015 17:20 GMTGlens Melody has been out three times this season and has improved with each effort so far, ultimately emerging victorious in a Class 1 contest at Warwick back in early February. She was sent off on the day at a solid 8/13 price tag which looked like decent value as she romped home by a seven length margin.

She finished second in this race last year to the sensational Quevega so you can expect her to put in a real best of the rest effort and she might actually go in as a popular forecast selection played cold under Annie Power.
Look for Glens Melody trading anywhere from 3/1 to 4/1 with most major bookmakers in Europe.
As it currently stands, the only other selection trading at single digits in the OLBG Mares Hurdle is the intriguing Polly Peachum - one that many might not be playing for the outright win but one who will certainly be pushing it to pick up the pieces late on. One of the key reasons why she’s lukewarm behind these two is the fact that she was pulled up at Kempton back in November in her last effort when being sent off at an 8/11 price tag.
Prior to that she had done some very good work and looked like a solid selection going forward before blundering badly and effectively getting pulled up as the jockey dismounted.
Right now she trades anywhere between 7/1 and 9/1, depending on whom you’re wagering with.
