- By A.J. Ryder on May 15, 2015 20:19 GMTThey are priced at around 7/2 right now but it will be tricky to predict how everything will actually wind up when they come out of the gate because this is a supremely impressive field with about seven or eight who could theoretically win it.

Up With The Birds is a high-profile Canadian horse that has run in some good races during the past year or two and you can expect Drayden Van Dyke and Graham Motion to put together a good jockey/trainer partnership here and pull off a decent result with their 5/1 morning line odds.
Edgar Prado will take control of UK-bred Legendary at a 12/1 margin in a race that could play to the veteran jockey’s strengths.
Another popular Canadian contender is the favourite for the Galorette Stakes, a Grade 3 contest that runs a mile and a sixteenth for fillies and mares. You’ll find Hard Not To Like reigning as the 3/1 betting choice with John Velasquez in the irons. The other one to keep your eye on here though is the razor sharp Watsdachances who will line up for Chad Brown’s yard with Javeir Castellano up. It’s pretty obvious that you could expect a shorter price than the 6/1 currently on offer.
Graham Motion will saddle Token of Live for this one while Drayden Van Dyke and Tom Proctor team up on the productive Glenhill filly Sistas Stroll. It’s also a possibility that we can expect some serious wagering momentum for Mango Diva with Hall of Fame jockey Gary Stevens in the irons and the five-year-old mare getting first time Lasix for this US effort.
There are also a couple of interesting races earlier in the card and the Maryland Sprint Handicap is a Grade 3 contest that has attracted a quality field of runners to battle it out over this six furlong dash. There is only a single Maryland-bred contender in the mix for this one and Jack’s In The Deck looks to be up against it as the six-year-old gelding will face off against a tough cadre of selections including the talented Coup De Grace - a four-year-old colt who is likely to go off as the favourite unless Happy My Way has anything to say about it.
