Betfair Hurdle Betting Update Pt 2

Vendor has just seen his odds drop significantly as well and he is anywhere from 12/1 to 14/1 with a price that’s looking to be relatively popular across the board. He didn’t get much done on his first effort of the year but he was victorious last time out and deserves respect here as a genuine dark horse.

He has really emerged as a genuine outside wager here and his price is beginning to fall accordingly with more books placing him at a price of around 12/1 than we’re seeing 14/1. That has been a relatively late development so you will have to keep your eyes peeled on his price to see if the odds drop significantly as we get closer and closer to the off.

With so many contenders priced in the 6/1 to 14/1 margin, it really could come down to which contender actually gets the best trip here and is able to come into the final portion of the race with plenty of power and get a  good steer along the way.

In regards to some of the longer odds selections, the Jonjo O’Neill contender Prompter could really become part of the equation if his there-or-thereabouts personality continues to translate here. You’ll find that he hasn’t finished outside of the top three in his last five races, albeit against lesser company. He has been out three times so far this season and finished third, second and third again.

You’ll find Prompter priced out at anywhere between 40/1 to 33/1 depending on whom you’re wagering with. Vasco Du Ronceray could also emerge as a real contender here and he’s seen his price hovering around the 25/1 mark with several bookmakers placing him at a 28/1 listing as well.

One book has taken Vasco Du Ronceray into 20/1 following what is likely to be a few significant ante post wagers.
