Glorious Goodwood Wednesday Preview Part Two

The mighty Frankel anchors the days card and you can rest assured that the nation will stop for just a minute or two to take in his outing and the bookmakers have the 149 rated undefeated colt floating at a microscopic 1/20 price tag. Gabrial, one of the two real contenders taking Frankel on, is given a 7 lb advantage based on his age, but carries a hefty 50/1 price. Imagine the shock if he was to actually get the result.

Farhh is an interesting prospect for the Godolphin yard and he really doesn't have much to lose by taking on Frankel here. With so few other genuine contenders in the race, it might be enough to give him some room to operate and maybe just pull off something dramatic.
Frankel really does look to be unbeatable and the margin of victory betting is expected to be especially hot.
The next race is the UBS Stakes, which is a Class 2 handicap going 1m4f – Scatter Dice boasts some impressive form but you may want to keep your eyes on Misdemeanour, who is improving dramatically and was a beaten favourite last time out.
Godolphin's Handsome Man gets Frankie Dettori for this one and also looks likely to take a big step forward. Willie Wag Tail has been freshened for about six weekf ro this one and comes in off a victory at Kempton back in mid-June. He may wind up getting ignored on the board and may be worth a shout here.
A tricky maiden fillies stakes is the next up and there's quite a few here who are getting on-track first-time-out. Several of them do look as capable as any of winning this 6f dash around the turf and, of the unraced contenders, Mill I Am looks pretty good based on his breeding. By Henny Hughes out of a Kingmambo mare, he just might be precocious enough for this one to conquer it first time out.
Bint Youmzain will attract some attention as well.
The 4:55 is a 1m1f contest for fillies and we'll likely go with either Valiant Girl to keep things moving forward or possibly the William Buick-piloted Ariyfa, who has been knocking on the door a bit and could be set for the break-through.
The final race of the day is the 5:30 Class 3 Handicap Stakes going 7f. Redvers has proven form on the turf and enters off a victory – though he will be going off near the top of the weights. White Frost gets a few pounds on the others and was a credible second last time out.
Triple Charm could be your breakthrough horse in the final one here, while Galician is also worth a look.
