French invader Elegant Supermodel is an interesting outside choice here as she enters undefeated with two wins in France but those races were only run against two other horses so it’s difficult to gauge genuine form from that. She trades at 20/1 and could be an interesting each-way selection. 

There are a few other interesting choices in a race with so many lightly-raced fillies. Our Joy represents the Clive Cox yard and was only beaten a short head by Kassia in a maiden effort at Sandown back in mid-May. She was closing powerfully that day and only just failed to nip her counterpart on the line in a performance that can only be described as unlucky. 

She is definitely getting a lot of respect from the punters though and she trades at a margin of about 10/1 and it will be fascinating to see how her odds shift around during the build-up to the race itself. Expect this one to be a popular each-way selection if it drifts a bit and she will also be interesting in the forecast wagers. 

Spanish Romance is the other really interesting outsider and the two-year-old daughter oF Rip Van Winkle is owned by Team Valor. She is undefeated in her two efforts at Chantilly and she has delivered at a price for punters on each occasion. She’s trading at about 10/1 right now and will be widely viewed as a “wiseguy” wager in this very deep 6f contest.
