Smaller Fields a Big Help for Scoop6 Punters

Only a single race on Saturday's Scoop6 card boasts more than eleven contenders as this week's Scoop6 jackpot boasts a distinctly winnable look about it.

Leg 1 - 2:10 at Wetherby

Top weight Lease Lend is likely giving up a bit too much weight and punters will likely opt for either I'm Delilah and Frankie Figg - the latter of whom scored at Aintree last time out. Both Sheriff Hutton and Big Burrows try to bounce back from tame eforts last time out. Bottom-weight Regal Heights boasts upside but has had trouble finding the line first.

Leg 2 - 2:25 at Sandown

A first-rate Grade 1 contest for novice chasers going 2m4f110y and there is plenty of talent on display. Reve De Sivola knows how to get the job done but Captain Chris has simply been knocking on the door for so long, he just might be due to get home. Alan King's Medermit does look the class option and will be tough to beat if things go his way. Tony McCoy saddles Rock Noir.

Leg 3 - 3:00 at Sandown

Kilcrea Kim will be looking to try to get things back to winning ways after a disappointing fifth place after taking four wins on the bounce. Lush Life grabbed a victory at Cheltenham last time out with Barry Geraghty up and he doesn't look entirely out of place here.

Leg 4 - 3:10 at Ffos Las

Maktu couldn't quite fulfill expectations last time out though Pat Murphy's charge still deserves plenty of respect. Character Building should be in the mix here and gets a pile of weight on the top two. Ballyfitz should take money but likely won't factor.

Leg 5 - 3:15 at Wetherby

One wonders how many tickets will be undone by players trying to sneak through this tiny field of five. Wayward Prince looks to have the measure of this one and he's got a Grade 1 score under his belt and will be looking to add this Grade 2 win to his credit.

Leg 6 - 3:35 at Sandown

Probably the trickiest race on the card is the final one and most will likely be relying on Paul Nicholls and his top-weight Take The Breeze, although he gives up nearly a stone here. Leading Contender could be worth adding to the ticket if you're seeking insurance.
