2009 BRITISH F1 GRAND PRIX BETTING TIPS
Popular UK bookmaker Ladbrokes has installed Jenson Button at evens to win the 2009 British Grand Prix. Sebastian Vettel comes in at 5/2 with Mark Webber listed at 6/1. Vettel and Webber posted the top two qualifying times, but Button came in a close third. His Brawn teammate Rubens Barrichello sits at 7/1 and the odds take a very big jump there as Fernando Massa is listed at 25/1 alongside Kimi Raikkonen. Jarno Trulli, driving for Toyota, is listed at 33/1 alongside Lewis Hamilton. Fernando Alonso, Nico Rosberg and Timo Glock all pay out at 50/1. Ladbrokes also has a market where you can back the individual team and it looks like a two-horse race between 4/6 Brawn and 11/8 Redbull. Ferrari is 14/1 while Toyota is listed at 20.1. McLaren pays out at 28/1. You can also bet on the outright winner without Jenson Button and Vettel tops that market at 5/4. Webber is 10/3 while Barrichello is 7/2. Button and Vettel are joint favourites at 2/1 to record the fastest lap in the race at a 2/1 price. Webber and Barrichello are 9/2. Massa, Trulli and Raikonnen are 20/1.If the safety car is deployed at any time, you're looking at 11/10 and no appearance would pay out at a slim 4/6. Jenson Button is also 7/2 to start from Pole position and win the race. Vettel is 10/3 while Barrichello pays out at 16/1.
