2009 GRAND NATIONAL BETTING TIPS
Plenty of movement in the online betting markets as we've got the 2009 Aintree Grand National is nearing at the end of the week. My Will continues to hold onto the top spot with odds generally in the region of 9/1. Butlers Cabin is listed at 10/1 alongside Rambling Minster at 11/1. One of the biggest movers within the past week or so has been War of Attrition, who has been an absolute terror in the ante-post market as he was towards 33/1 in the earliest going then dropped to 25/1, then 18/1 at the start of last week and now is available closer to 14/1 depending on who you're wagering with. There is still plenty of value on this horse, who definitely knows how to win a high-profile race. Another ante-post favourite who has been especially hot is L'Ami, who had a stellar Cheltenham Festival coming in just behind Garde Champetre in the Cross Country Chase, has taken a sharp drop in the past few days and is available around 18/1. Previously listed at 33/1, he looks much more likely to run and is probably going to be available closer to 12/1 come post time. Cornish Sett is an excellent ante-post bet with very enticing odds at this point. He's been one of the prime movers over the weekend and could very well strike on Grand National Day. He won the Badger Ales Trophy at Wincanton back in November and came close against the respected Notre Pere at Chepstow in late December. He could be a solid punt for the Irish fans.
