2009 PDC WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP LATEST BETTING TIPS
We've got some really solid fixtures set to go today at the PDC World Darts Championship and we're starting to get down to the wire here with the final rapidly approaching. Let's examine the outright odds on today's fixtures and maybe toss together a hefty accumulator bet.
At 2:15 today, Terry Jenkins faces off against Simon Whitlock and 888sports is confident that Whitlock has the edge here, but just barely. You'll find him listed at 8/11 while Jenkins trades at evens. Not much between the two here, but I actually like Terry Jenkins to spring the surprise here.
Co Stompe has been one of the stories of the tournament and he's available at 8/13 in his match-up with Mark Dudbridge. Momentum is hard to argue against in tournament-style darts and I like Stompe for the win all the way.
Ronnie Baxter takes on Colin Lloyd and Baxter is one of the big favourites of the day with a 4/9 price against Lloyd's 13/8. Not much question here- I'll be backing Ronnie Baxter.
James Wade takes on Andy Hamilton and Wade is a distinct favourite at 1/4 against Hamilton's 11/4. This is a good one for your accumulators as I think it will take a lot for Wade to lose this one.
Raymond van Barneveld takes on Kevin Painter and Barney trades at 2/5 against Painter's 7/4. Painter is still in this one, they would have laid much higher odds if he hadn't been, but I really find it difficult to bet against van Barneveld- who is in some very solid form.
My selections are Jenkins x Stompe x Baxter x Wade x van Barneveld.
