2010 AFRICAN CUP OF NATIONS QUARTER FINALS ODDS AND TIPS

We're down to the business end of what's been a fabulous tournament so far and the elite eight of the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations are set to be reduced to the final four. I still expect an upset at this stage in the competition, but I'm not sure if its going to be today or not.
ANGOLA VS GHANA
Ladbrokes has listed Angola as the 2.25 favourites to win the match with Ghana trading at 2.87. Clearly the bookmakers expect the crowd to be a factor and we all think that the Angolans will be buoyed by the home support. You never know though, the fans could turn on them if they ship an early goal and that would alter the look of the fixture for sure.
The draw is available at 3.0. Ladbrokes doesn't fancy a particularly high-scoring affair as the preferred correct score margin is 1-1 @ 11/2. A 1-0 victory to Angola pays 6/1 while a 0-0 draw pays 6/1, as well. 2-1 to Ghana pays 10.0, while 2-1 to Angola is listed at the same price.
Flavio Amado is favoured to score first at 6.0 while Manucho trades at 6.5. Asamoah Gyan is listed at 6.5, as well, and Matthew Amoah can be backed at 7.0.
I think Angola are the slim favourites, but Ghana could profit if they can keep the match scoreless into the second half.
IVORY COAST VS ALGERIA
The bookmakers see this as a more straightforward affair with Cote D'Ivoire listed as the lengthy favourites at a 1.61 price. Algeria pays out at a lengthy 5.0 with the draw listed at 3.25. The Ivory Coast are favoured to win the match by a 1-0 margin, which pays at 6.0, but I think this one could become a high-scoring affair. Ivory Coast to win 3-2 pays 26.0 while Algeria to win 3-2 pays out at a solid 67.0. 3-1 to Ivory Coast pays 11.0.
Didier Drogba is well-priced to be the first goalscorer and he's trading at 4.0. Gervais Kouassi is sitting at 6.0 ahead of 6.5 Solomon Kalou. Kader Keita trades at 8.0 to score first.
An interesting bet here is draw/Ivory Coast at 4.5 in the half-time/full-time market. I think it could be a tight and nervy affair early on unless Ivory Coast come out with some high-powered offence early and grab a goal.
You can back Ivory Coast and Angola to win on a double at 3.63 with Ladbrokes!
