2010 INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE LATEST OUTRIGHT WINNER ODDS
With the IPL3 now in absolutely full swing, a number of top bookmakers have stopped taking outright bets on the winner of the tournament. If you’re looking to back your team to win the big competition, then you’ll likely have to trek over to Betfair to take advantage of one of the deepest markets for the 2010 Indian Premier League on the internet.
As it currently stands, there are fantastic prices on offer- even for the top-ranked teams. It really speaks for the excitement and edge-of-your-seat thrills that you get from the IPL as even the most fancied-team is only listed at 3.95. If you’re wondering who that most-fancied team is, then I won’t keep you in suspense any longer, the Mumbai Indians are currently considered the top contender to win the 2010 Indian Premier League.
Mumbai were initially listed at 9.0 to win the 2010 IPL but a run of positive results have turned those early prognostications on their collective heads.
Bangalore Royal Challengers have made a big statement as well and are now trading at around 5.2- right alongside the Deccan Chargers. Both of these teams were listed at 6.0 before the season started so we’re seeing a small price drop- I think this is a fairly accurate price for both teams though.
The Delhi Daredevils were considered the 3.5 favourites to win the tournament at the outset, but they have now drifted to 6.4. Chennai Super Kings are trading just ahead of them at a 6.2 price and they still have room to improve and impress as the season continues to tick on. Kolkata Knight Riders are listed at 8.0 to win the tournament and they really have some work to do if they are going to pull this one off, although it is definitely not impossible.
Kings XI Punjab look out of the running already with a 17.0 price while Rajasthan Royals are at 38.0.
