We've got a real scorcher of a match set to go today as Champions League winners Inter Milan take on Atletico Madrid, who captured the Europa League and will be looking to make a huge statement here today. The first goal could be crucial here, as both teams possess the ability to defend a 1-0 lead. I think that Atletico are a bit more of a wildcard though, and it will be particularly interesting to see how Rafa Benitez handles things at this stage. His Inter side will have some different quirks than the Mourinho version so this makes the fixture a bit trickier to wager on.

Personally, I would be keeping my eye on the 3-2 scoreline in each direction. Inter to win the match 3-2 pays out at 28/1 while Atletico to grab a 3-2 victory would reward at an enticing 50/1. 
It's fairly clear that the bookmakers expect Inter to have the more threatening goalscorers and you can back either Diego Milito or Samuel Eto'o at a 6/5 price tag while David Suazo and Goran Pandev both trade at 7/4 anytime. 
It goes without saying that Wesley Sneijder could be the marquee man today and he'll be looking to orchestrate things through the middle. He's priced at 2/1 to score anytime and he's 10/1 to grab two or more. 
If the match is particularly tight and chances are coming at a premium, you may want to stake an in-play wager on a defender to score- as this type of situation makes goals from set-pieces a bit more likely.
