2010 WINTER OLYMPICS MENS 1000M SHORT-TRACK SPEED SKATING LATEST ODDS
We've got some really solid odds out there for the Men's 1000M Short Track Speed Skating competition with the finals just a few hours away. The Korean tandem of Lee Ho Suk and Lee Jung Su are the favourites once again and they're priced at 2.6 and 3.25, respectively.
American powerhouse Apolo Ohno is the 3rd favourite and I think he'll see a fair amount of volume at a very respectable 4.0. This is such a random sport and the margin for error is so slim, as was demonstrated in the short track gold medal races earlier in the Olympics.
Sung Si Bak trades at 6.0 while Canadian Charles Hamelin is listed at 9.0. Francois Hamelin is a ways back at 17.0 while John Robert Celski is trading at 26.0.
As usual with Ladbrokes, you'll find Finishing Position betting, where you're betting on the top 2 finishers in order at an enhanced price. The favoured outcome is Ho Suk/Jung Su T 5.0 while Ho Suk/Ohno rewards at 6.5. Ho Suk/Hamelin is a very enticing 15.0 while Ho Suk/Any Other Competitor trades at 6.0.
You can Take Apolo/Ho Suk at 7.5 while Hamelin/Ohno is a massive 29.0. There are too many combinations to list entirely so we suggest checking out the odds for yourself. There are some very solid prices available if you're feeling adventurous.
Head-to-Head betting is also available and there isn't much between the top two with Lee Ho Suk at 1.8 and Lee Jung Su at 1.9. Apolo Ohno to top Charles Hamelin pays 1.55 while the reverse is an enticing 2.3 for Hamelin. I think the Canadian vs American motif there will see a few bets. Lee Jung Su is favoured to top Ohno at a 1.7 price while Ohno is 2.05 to beat out the 2nd favourite. Ohno is favoured at 1.8 to top Sung Si Bak.
Don't forget there's going to be live betting available on the competition, so be sure to check out the latest odds.
