2010/11 CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DRAW AND ODDS FOR OUTRIGHT WINNER
Ahead of this evening's Champions League draw, we've got a few interesting prices that punters can tuck into before the official results and groups are sorted. You can bank on the fact that if clubs like Real, Chelsea and Barca get very weak groups then their prices will likely start to trend downwards at Betfair.
Currently, Barcelona's odds to win the 2010/11 Champions League are trading at 3.95 while Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid side can be backed at a 6.0 price.
Chelsea are considered favourites to win ahead of Manchester United and you can back Carlo Ancelotti's side at a 7.0 listing. Manchester United can be backed at 9.8 and, though I'm a fan of United, I think the Premier League will be their priority this time around.
Inter Milan, led by Rafa Benitez, are 13.5 to defend their Champions League crown while Arsenal are listed at a 16.5 price.
Bayern Munich pushed it all the way last year and they're listed at around 17.5 to get the job done once again.
The odds then take a very big jump to around 36.0 for AC Milan or Tottenham Hotspur to win the Champions League. I think 36.0 is a bit short on Spurs going all the way in Europe, although that would certainly be a sight to see.
