It probably goes without saying who the top four favourites are in the Men’s Singles 2015 French Open outright betting market. However, the prices on offer are interesting and there’s even some decent value on Djokovic if you reckon he’s going to pull off another significant Grand Slam victory.
As it currently stands, you’ll find Novak Djokovic trading at a 6/4 margin and that price tag will drop with every single match that he plays so if you’re favouring the Serbian sensation then by all means make your wager now. He has shown his ability on this court before and he’s bound to be a popular wager.
Next up is Andy Murray who knows a thing or two about playing well at Roland Garros as well. The Scotsman is reigning as the clear second choice favourite here amongst a very interesting field and, though Murray is usually underpriced a bit by UK and Irish bookmakers, he is still trading at a competitive 7/2 margin which would get you back most of your money if you backed him each-way.
That way you at least get paid out a bit just for him to get to the final round.
Living legend Roger Federer is in the mix here too and he’s a clear third favourite ahead of Rafael Nadal. You’ll find the Swiss master trading at a very interesting 6/1 price tag that also look appealing from an each-way perspective. Nadal himself can be backed at a rather lengthy 10/1 which is reflective of his recent slump in form.
