2018/19 Champions League Betting Tips PT 2
- By A.J. Ryder on July 23, 2018 17:58 GMTFC Barcelona are another side who are available at a single digit price and look fairly solid value for money despite the fact that they haven’t been able to pull off an outright tournament win in the Champions League for a couple of years now.
The likes of Paris Saint Germain, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich all trade at single digit prices rounding out the top few selections and it wasn’t long ago that all of these sides were competing for the top three positions in the bookmakers Champions League totem pole.
Paris Saint Germain in particular are a very interesting club in this respect as they have spent a significant amount of money and look to be grabbing a few more massive players before the close of the transfer window. They had been flirting with a move for Cristiano Ronaldo for quite some time but were ultimately beaten to the punch by their Italian counterparts.
Real Madrid are also definitely one to watch as we go forward here since they will likely fill the Ronaldo-sized gap with more stellar signings and there is always question marks over the presence of Gareth Bale - who is being heavily linked to Manchester United now that Zinedine Zidane has moved on.
Another interesting fact is that Liverpool are considered to be a shorter price to win the Champions League final than their arch rivals Manchester United with just two points in the odds separating the two teams.
You’ll also find Atletico Madrid right in the mix for this one as well but they always wind up winning the Europa League instead, it seems.
