They put together a really solid performance against Borussia Monchengladbach in their first knockout round fixture and this has dovetailed with a really nice run of form in the English Premier League as well with them now trading as the significant favourites to win the league again - possibly at a canter. 

There's a lot to like about this Manchester City team and you'll be able to find them getting stronger by the day with a number of players hitting form right now. When Sergio Aguero picked up an injury that kept him out for a few months, players like Sterling and Gundogan, in particular, were able to step up and start banging in goals when it counted most.
