That's not something you can necessarily teach a young star and he's now moving through to the English senior team and we are starting to get more clues that he could be a potential Wayne Rooney than a Joe Cole.
Right now, the bookmakers have Manchester City trading at a very solid 27/10 price tag to win the Champions League and that's about the highest price you'll find on offer. Several other books have City trading shorter.
You'll find that Bayern Munich have now drifted out to around 7/2 for the Champions League victory and they do boast probably the most complete side in the tournament with City being very close to them in terms of talent - but looking a step above in regards to form.
Paris Saint Germain are an interesting 6/1 shout an there's probably a few punters who wouldn't mind staking on them to win the title. They are actually a great bet to make it to the final if you can find a book offering up an each-way wager at 1/2 odds. This way, you'll be cashing a 3/1 payout if they even make it to the final.
The other interesting side in the mix here is Liverpool - who are still getting plenty of backing despite their domestic form cooling off substantially in the last few weeks. For Jurgen Klopp, 2021 has been an annus horriblis with Liverpool dropping from top spot to outside the European places - several spots behind West Ham.
The bookmakers have them priced around 8/1 for Champions League gloru and that would probably be a major accomplishment, even for Klopp, considering the state of his team right now.
