There is plenty to like about City’s style of play but most will admit that their English Premier League form hasn’t been up to their standard over the past few years. There is plenty of time to progress through the competition and build up some solidity as the tournament goes on. 

Right now, punters will find City available around a price of 11/4 with some going slightly lower at 9/4. They will see their price drop as they progress through each stage so if you reckon they’re going to lift the trophy then you should definitely back them now. 

Both Chelsea and Spurs can be backed around a 7/1 margin and neither of those teams winning the competition would be a huge surprise. Chelsea have seen their form begin to waver slightly over the past few weeks but they could turn it all around in the cup competition. Liverpool are an interesting shout at 8/1 and they could be set to make an impression at a big price. 

Manchester United are an interesting outside option and you’ll find them trading anywhere from 15/2 all the way up to a 14/1 margin depending on whom you’re wagering with. Leicester City are trading at 14/1 while Everton is a solid shout at 18/1.
