Amy to take BB8 walk of shame
When it was announced that the twins were up for nomination I thought they were referring to Amy's double Ds, but it just so happens that Sam and Amanda, as well as Amy, Jonty and Kara-Louise will be facing the public vote. Things have certainly livened up in the Big Brother House this week with frisky Brian finally getting a piece of the action with the hapless Amanda. The poor, defencelesss girl seemed more bemused by his confessions of undying love than mutually enamoured but somehow she was lured into the caravan and, after much persuasion, convinced to put her tea down for a bit of afters. What happened under the duvet is purely a matter of conjecture but surely there must be a law against this? She can't be much older than 14. Perhaps this sudden development was a reaction to her and Amanda happily agreeing to be put up for nomination in return for being classed as one housemate, which means that they can nominate together, be evicted together and share the prizemoney together if they win. None of the above will make any difference to the eviction odds this week as Amy is 1/25 on to walk and the bookies have yet to get this market wrong. After being dumped by Liam, who was canny enough to suss out that no good could come of his dabbling (the Geordie swung out to 20/1 at the height of his romance), and having declared that she was now 'best friends' with Sam and Amanda, usurping Chanelle, Amy has alienated most of the housemates. If you get on the wrong side of Liam and Ziggy you might as well sign your own death warrant as voters effectively consist of adolescent girls who should know better. They will take great pleasure in bringing the busty glamour model back down to size. All of which is unfortunate really as Kara-Louise (11/2) is surely the most annoying contestant ever? well, since Shanessa anyway. She's only been there two minutes and already she's whingeing about how hard it is in the house. What has changed since the twins' morphed into Samanda, however, is of considerable importance to the outright market as they have deposed one-time shoo-in Brian as favourite. Everyone's favourite Essex Boy has drifted to a best-priced 11/8 while the sisters are as short as 4/5 in some quarters. Were he to know that his crown was slipping would Brian still be quite so in love with the fair Amanda? Sadly, I expect he probably would. Big Brother eviction odds: Amy @ 1/25, Kara-Louise @ 11/2, Jonty @ 33/1, Sam/Amanda @ 125/1, Big Brother outright odds: Sam/Amanda @ Evens (Ladbrokes/Tote), Brian @ 11/8 (General), Liam @ 14/1 (General), Jonty @ 40/1 (General), Ziggy @ 66/1 (General), Carole @ 66/1 (Stan James/Coral), Gerry @ 80/1 (General), Tracey @ 100/1 (Tote), Kara-Louise @ 150/1 (General), Amy @ 250/1 (Paddy Power/Skybet)
