Australian Open Betting Tips: Venus and Serena Williams as Joint Favourites

Both Venus and Serena Williams have gotten off to excellent starts at the 2009 Australian Open. Serena made quick work of China's Meng Yuan with a straight sets victory, while Venus finished off Germany's Angelique Kerber in straight sets as well. Both sisters are listed at a solid 10/3 to take the Grand Slam victory and if you're looking to back an All-Williams final (which is exactly what I'm going to be doing) you can drop an each way bet at half the odds if you're betting with 888sport- one of the best sites for online tennis wagering. The Williams sisters have an excellent track-record when they're both in form during Grand Slam tournaments and I'm really liking the value provided by an each way bet on the pair of them.
