Bellamy looking for la dolce vita

Liverpool striker Craig Bellamy is rumoured to be the target for top Serie A sides Juventus and Roma but Ladbrokes believe he will remain in the English top flight and go 7/2 that he moves to Newcastle or West Ham before the start of the season. Bellamy is still only 27 years old but has already played at Norwich, Coventry, Newcastle, Celtic and Blackburn before his move to Anfield, and has courted controversy at each club he has played at. He has also proved to be outspoken at international level where he has been involved in a war of words with the current Wales coach John Toshack. The element of trouble that seems to come part and parcel with the Welsh firebrand does not seem to have deterred from his performances on the pitch and it was thought that his move to Anfield would have been the one to get him to produce his best form. While he has played well, his appearances have been limited and now as Liverpool prepare for an onslaught on the title he appears to be surplus to requirements at Anfield.His image has not deterred the big clubs getting involved and while the Magic Sign go 6/1 Juventus and 12-1 Roma the real interest appears to be from Newcastle and West Ham. He is 5/2 to stay at Liverpool and fight for his place.
