BETFAIR LAST MINUTE SCOTTISH GRAND NATIONAL TIPS
Some dramatic late movement in the Betfair market for the Coral Scottish Grand National Handicap Chase at Ayr racecourse tomorrow as we now have the #7 horse Nine De Sivola sitting at the top of the pack as the slim favourite ahead of Chief Dan George. Nine De Sivola sits at an apt price of 9.0 with Chief Dan George backable at 9.4. Tricky Trickster (my pick for this race) has dropped back a bit and is now sitting at 12.0. The prices are moving around all over the place and West End Rocker now sits at 11.0. That'S Rhythm has taken a cut in price as well and is available at 13.0. The Betfair recommendation, based on timeform statistics is Out The Black who is great value at 20.0, but I just don't have enough confidence to back him outright. He might be a solid each-way wager for some punters, but I wonder whether he will actually be able to conquer the distance involved in this race. According to John is also a solid bet and I think he's great value at 32. We're also seeing some late movement towards the very long Arteea at 70.0. He could be out to make a statement here and with the results of the UK Grand National still on many peoples minds, I think a longer-odds bet is a quality one. I still like Tricky Trickster for this one and I'm confident in him over distances.
