BRAZIL VS IVORY COAST PREDICTIONS AND WORLD CUP BETTING

You can still grab a great price on Brazil in the pre-match wagering with popular UK bookmaker Blue Square listing them at an enticing 4/6 price while the Ivory Coast are priced at a 9/2 margin. The draw can be backed at a 5/2 price.

With so many match-winners on the field, you have to be confident that we'll see at least a handful of goals here and there are a number of excellent betting prices available on the goalscorer markets for this match.
Luis Fabiano can be backed at even money to score anytime while he is priced at 12/1 to score one in every half. He is 28/1 to score a hat-trick and 5/1 to score a header. He is 6/1 to hit the woodwork at any time.
Kaka is priced at 11/8 anytime while he is 20/1 to score in both halves. He is 10/1 to score a header and 6/1 to score a goal from outside the box.
Robinho is also available at an 11/8 price to score a goal at any point in the match and he is 3/1 to score first for Brazil. He is 14/1 to score a header and that's really not Robinho's way most of the time.
Elano is priced at 12/5 anytime and an enticing 9/1 to score a goal from outside the box.
Didier Drogba is well-priced to score anytime at 2/1 and he's listed at 22/1 to score in both halves. He is 8/1 to score a header and that's a good bet in my opinion. He is 7/2 to open the scoring for the Ivory Coast.
Salomon Kalou is available at 3/1 to score a goal at any point and he's trading at 12/1 to hit the woodwork at any point in this match.
If you think Brazil are going to run away with this one, try backing them on a (-1.0) handicap at an enticing 15/8 price tag. I think this one could be close though so you will want to make your handicap bets a bit conservative.
The favoured correct score option is only a 1-0 result to Brazil at 11/2 and I think that Ivory Coast could spring a surprise here if they actually have a decent match. The match is Brazil's to win, but after watching them play North Korea you do have to consider them beatable. This is likely one for the in-play bettors if you're looking to back Ivory Coast.
