CAMEROON VS NETHERLANDS PREDICTIONS AND LATEST BETTING TIPS

The Dutch are more or less through to the next stage and it will really just boil down to whether they can be usurped for the top spot- and that doesn't look particularly likely as they would need to lose their match against Cameroon and Denmark or Japan would need to win by four or even five goals. 

They are distinct favourites to win here, but some punters seem to think that they may choose to field several replacement players and give their superstars a chance to rest up for the knockout stages. 
You'll find Holland priced with Ladbrokes at a 1.66 price while Cameroon can be backed at 5.0. It hasn't been the greatest tournament for the African sides with Ghana just missing out yesterday and the Ivory Coast with it all to do to win their way out of the Group of Death. 
You can also back the draw here at 3.75 and it would take a very light performance from Holland to see a draw here. 
Cameroon are nothing to sneeze at, but they just haven't really clicked in this tournament- it's sort of the same story with all the African sides. They've played with some verve and shown they can get forward and score, but none of them can dominate matches the way that their European or South American counterparts can. 
Robin Van Persie is listed at 1.61 to score a goal at any point during the proceedings and I think that's not a bad bet if he gets the start. I could see them deploying somebody else to ensure that Van Persie is fit. Klaas-Jan Huntelaar fits the bill and he's priced at 2.0. Dirk Kuyt knows all about scoring in these situations and he's listed at 2.2. Wesley Sneijder is priced at 2.75 and he always looks like the heartbeat of the Dutch side. 
Samuel Eto'o is available at 2.75 while Pierre Webo can be backed at 3.5 alongside Mohamadou Idrissou. 
I think that Holland should take this one but a 2-1 result or even a 2-2 wouldn't surprise me too much. 2-1 pays out at 8.0 while a 2-2 draw rewards at 15.0.
