Champions League Latest Betting Preview PT 2
- By A.J. Ryder on October 18, 2017 18:23 GMTRoma are certainly no slouches and you can tuck into a price of around 21/4 with a few bookmakers right now, but you reckon that they would be happy to take the draw as well - which can be backed right now at a solid 7/2 margin - that looks pretty good as a pre-match wager.
Benfica play host to Manchester United but they haven’t had a particularly good start to their Champions League campaign this time around and United have won their last two seemingly still on the trot. There is a lot to like about this one and you can expect plenty of big moments - particularly during the opening 20 minutes or so of this one.
At the time of this writing, you’ll find that the bookmakers have virtually all priced Manchester United at odds-on with a listing of around 19/20. That will probably get even shorter as we get closer to the match and United will come into this one with an eye on getting a momentum-producing result after their disappointing 0-0 contest with Liverpool at the weekend.
Benfica will get a lot of momentum from this one if they get the victory here as well and you can back them at a price of around 7/2 with a number of top bookmakers. There is a lot to like about several of the young talents that Benfica are going to unleash tonight so it’s worth keeping your eye on many of them going forward in the next few seasons.
Bayern Munich go into their match-up with Celtic at a very short price of around 1/9.
