Champions League Tuesday Betting Preview PT 1
- By A.J. Ryder on November 20, 2017 19:06 GMTThere is plenty of action and excitement ahead of us on Tuesday as the Champions League sees its final two matchdays begin to play over the coming weeks. Matchday 5 is upon us with a number of different Groups still very much up for grabs and a few interesting situations developing in some of the other Groups that involve a multi-club race for second spot.
It’s a lot to like here and you can get into some very interesting betting prices if you’re looking to get down on a few of these contests - particularly when you’ve got so many great match-ups set to unfold at once.
Accumulator wagers should be very interesting - particularly if you’re willing to include some of the Wednesday fixtures on your ticket.
Borussia Dortmund play host to Spurs in a match-up that looks to be slanted in the favour of the German Club with bookmakers listing them at a 5/4 margin at the time of this writing. The best price on offer will see them priced well ahead of Tottengam who can be backed at around a 23/10 margin - looking like they will have a lot of work to do on the road here.
That being said, Spurs have the Group well in order with three points of distance between them and second placed Real Madrid. Dortmund have accumulated a mere two points so far and aren’t completely out of contention for progression to the next round but it would involve Real Madrid and Spurs cocking it up big time from here until the run-in.
