Manchester City are considerable favourites as they take on Shakhtar Donetsk and the English side, who currently sit fourth in the English Premier League behind Liverpool, Leicester City and Chelsea, can be backed around a slim ⅕ price tag making them one of the biggest favourites of the entire match day.
There is a lot to like about Pep Guardiola’s side today and the bookmakers give them every chance over the Ukrainian side who can be backed as high as a 16/1 margin.
Red Star Belgrade can be backed at a 9/1 price as they play host to Bayern Munich, who obviously come in as the genuine favourites. The German side can be backed around a ⅓ price tag for the outright victory here and they will likely get things off to a pretty good start.
Spurs play host to Greek side Olympiakos and you’ll find Tottenham trading around a 4/11 price, heavily favoured to get a result here against a team that they really should be able to beat.
This will be Jose Mourinho’s first Champions League fixture in quite a while and they should be able to build on what they hope will be a big victory over the weekend in the Premier League.
