CHELSEA VS MANCHESTER CITY PREMIER LEAGUE BETTING TIPS

This is one of the biggest games of the season in terms of media attention and all eyes will be focused on what (if anything) happens between Wayne Bridge and John Terry. It's going to be interesting to say the least and the bookies expect the Blues to stroll to a victory in front of the crowd at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are trading at 1.44 with William Hill while Manchester City, who really could use the three points, are available at a lengthy 7.5. The draw is listed at 4.2.
The lowest-priced correct scores are Chelsea to win either 1-0 or 2-0 as both as listed at 5.5. Chelsea to win 2-1 pays out at 7.5 which is the same price as a 1-1 draw. City are 15.0 to win 1-0 and 19.0 to win 2-1. I could see a late goal being the difference here.
Chelsea are 2.05 to win both halves of the double result while draw/Chelsea is listed at 4.2. Chelsea/City is a lengthy 46.0 and that's not a half-bad bet, especially if Chelsea get one right before half-time.
Didier Drogba is the only player who is listed at an odds-on price to score anytime, with the Ivorian at 1.8 anytime and 4.33 to score first or last. Nicolas Anelka hasn't been as key a figure recently, but he is at 2.2 anytime Frank Lampard trades at 2.25 while Salomon Kalou is worth a look at 2.87.
Carlos Tevez has a pretty solid goalscoring record against Chelsea and he's 3.75 anytime and 9.0 first or last. Roque Santa Cruz and Craig Bellamy are at 4.5 while Stephen Ireland trades at 6.5.
City will do Chelsea some serious problems if City can get an early goal. Roberto Mancini's side aren't exactly in the best of form, and they need to start picking up victories if they are going to hold off Liverpool for fourth place. If City get a goal in the 1st 15 minutes, you're looking at 11/1. Chelsea are justifiable favourites, but there seems to be something amiss in the dressing room lately.
