Chelsea vs Manchester United Tips Pt 2
- By A.J. Ryder on January 18, 2014 20:55 GMTWith Chelsea priced so short, United fans who truly believe they can get the job done here will be tucking into a solid 4/1 price - when was the last time you saw United trading at 4/1 for a win?

The draw is rewarding at around 3/1 with most major bookmakers.
Both Samuel Eto’o and Fernando Torres are the shortest-priced selections to grab a goal at any point in the match. Both of them are commanding prices of 6/4 with most bookmakers along with Demba Ba and Eden Hazard both available at prices slightly higher than that - around 2/1.
The shortest-priced United players to score are (unsurprisingly) Javier Hernandez and Danny Welbeck - both 3/1 shots. The real one to watch here is likely to be Adnan Januzaj, who will likely start the match and be given a more prominent role - perhaps deployed behind the two strikers with Shinji Kagawa shifted to the outside. Januzaj will likely also be taking a few free kicks here and there and looks a good wager to score at a 4/1 anytime price.
Few will forget Jose Mourinho’s famous sprint down the Manchester United touchline back in 2004 - the moment when people really started to think that Porto may be able to win the European cup. Now he has a flustering United side heading to his home turf suffering from their worst start in recent memory. Now that it’s halfway through the season, the transfer window is nearly about to slam shut again, and David Moyes hasn’t made a single signing or even an attempt to get some new reinforcements.
With a striking crisis up front and United’s second string forwards not exactly lighting the world on fire - this is a crunch fixture for David Moyes and, even if United lose, they must keep Chelsea from running away with it. An embarrassment for the traveling fans and the club as a whole may turn the tide against the Scotsman.
