CHER LLOYD BETTING FAVOURITE TO WIN 2010 X FACTOR

Despite X Factor being in the news for prostitution scandals in lieu of first-rate pop songs, the show will certainly go on and this year’s edition looks like a very interesting betting scenario is beginning to shape up. Cher Lloyd has emerged as the early favourite and popular Irish bookmaker Paddy Power is pricing her at an 11/4 price tag to win the show outright.
New Direction are the next best-priced competitor and you can back them at an 11/2 listing with Aiden Grimshaw available at 6/1 and Rebecca Ferguson at 7/1. Gamu Nhengu is at 8/1 while Matt Cardle is trading at a 10/1 listing.
There are so many acts that the list would simply be too long to name completely but the contestants who don’t look to be in the running at all include Rob Burn at 250/1 to win the show. Noir sits at 200/1 alongside Caroline Clark, Stephen Concannon and Twem.
There is a cadre of candidates priced at 125/1 and this includes (deep breath): Princes and Rogues, Chrissie Pitt, Wagner Fiuza-Carrilho, Lee Vaughan, John Connolly, Connor & Gabriel, Ade Bhadmus, Dice, Sadbh O’Donnell, Justin Vanderhyde, Sugar Bullet, Seven and Dwayne Edgar.
The winning judge is favoured to be Cheryl Cole and you can back her at a 13/8 price tag to win the show. Simon Cowell and Dannii Minogue are both priced at 5/2 while Louis is trading at 5/1. Unsurprisingly, he’s also the favourite to be the first judge eliminated with a 6/4 price if he is the first one to lose all of his acts. Dannii is trading at 5/2 while Simon is at 3/1 and Cheryl Cole is at 4/1.
Should the X-Factor Winner get the 2010 Christmas No.1 (according to BBC Radio 1), you’re looking at a 1/5 price tag. Unless Rage Against the Machine show up again this probably a very safe bet.
A Live Studio finalist to quite of his/her own accord & not return is trading at 4/1 while Cherul to slap Simon in the face on a live show is priced at 8/1. Simon to cry during a live studio performance is paying out at 10/1.
