The former two are under extra pressure given the scrutiny over the plausibility of their midfield partnership, and though they will be facing better opposition than this in the near future, they need to set down a marker in this match.England's superior quality will be reflected in the final scoreline come Saturday night, but it is possible that the pressure could get to them and they might struggle to get into a rhythm early on. You can be sure that the Kazakhstan side will get ten men behind the ball whenever they aren't in possession in an effort to frustrate the English, and at a price of 6/1 you could do a lot worse than invest your money in Half Time Draw/ Full Time England.
