England look to KP

Sri Lanka are 2/5 to make it two in a row against England on Thursday after romping to victory in the opening game of the five-match series. The teams go head to head in Dambullah again with 7/4 shots England hoping for an improved batting display after their failure earlier this week. Ladbrokes are 7/4 that they are bowled out for under 200 runs for the second match running and just 11/8 that none of the four middle order batsman score ten or more runs. The slow, low Dambullah pitch, which produced 419 runs in the first game, is 5/2 to provide between 401 and 450 again with between 451 and 500 runs the 2/1 favourite. Wicketkeeper Phil Mustard, who scored 27 runs in 17 balls on his debut, is 7/4 to hit a fifty and Farveez Maharoof, who bagged four England wickets, is 20/1 to go one better and claim five or more. Ladbrokes make Ian Bell and Kevin Pietersen the 7/2 joint favourites to be England's top runscorer, with the Hampshire batsman the most popular selection at the moment. Spokesman Robin Hutchison said: "Punters are either fed up with England after Monday's spineless performance or waiting to see who wins the toss as turnover has been quiet so far."
