ENGLAND VS GERMANY UNDER 21 BETTING TIPS
There are some extremely solid prices available for today's England U21 vs Germany U21 European Championship match. Both teams, and the draw, pay out at above evens and these are my favourite types of games because you can tell that the bookies have absolutely no idea which way this one's gonna go- and that means excellent opportunities for punters like us to capitalize.England Under 21's carry a price of 23/10 with Germany sitting at 9/4. The draw pays out at 6/5 and that seems to be the house's best guess, but I'm leaning quite strongly towards England. Even though the Young Lions have already qualified, they will want to put in a good shift against Germany both for patriotic reasons and to instil a bit of fear into their next rounds opponent. The shortest odds for correct score are a shockingly low 3/1 for a 0-0 draw at William Hill. A 1-1 draw pays 10/3 and 1-0 Germany pays out at 13/2- England carry an identical price for the same margin. 2-0 pays 12/1 to each team, while Germany are slightly favoured to win a 2-1 match with a 10/1 price compared to England's 11/1. A 2-2 draw pays 12/1. Germany to win both halves pays 9/2 while England to win both pays a whopping 11/2. Draw/England is 6/1 while Draw/ Germany is 11/2. Draw/draw seems to be the favourite tip though and it pays a mere 15/8. Sandro Wagner is the favoured first goalscorer alongside Ashkan Dejagah, Gabriel Agbonlahor and Fraizer Campbell at 7/1 with all of them also listed at 2/1 to score anytime. Mesut Ozil is 8/1 first and last and 11/4 anytime whiel Theo Walcott is 9/1 first and last and 10/3 anytime. Again, keep your eye on Lee Cattermole to score- he's 7/1 anytime and a generous 20/1 first and last. Micah Richards is also full of surprises in this tournament and he's 8/1 anytime. You can also take an each-way bet on first goalscorer with 1/3 odds on top 5 places. Personally, I don't think this one will be as drab as the bookies suggest. I think both teams want to get one over their traditional rival and Germany still have a lot to play for here- qualification depends on this game. England will be out to stifle, but I think they'll be playing for the win. I'm backing England 2-1 with goals from Campbell and Cattermole.
