You’d also have to assume they will be pushing for an English Premier League title victory as well.
Chelsea have been disappointing in crucial spots this year and have suffered from the increased competition for Champions League places from Liverpool and Spurs yet again.
They are likely looking for a new manager and it will be interesting to see who they bring in and the prospect of Chelsea and Arsenal both having new management next year makes those London Derbies seem to be even more fascinating now going forward.
Spurs have made some progress and shown that they can tackle virtually any competition in the English Premier League - particularly looking good against the mid-table teams that derailed Manchester United’s year. You have to assume they will reinforce and move forward in the 2018/19 season.
