- By A.J. With all three of the top sides having some up and down results lately, we’ve seen City jump back out to a short-priced lead with virtually all major books.

After pulling off what will surely be seen as a cherished result for some time - City thoroughly ensconced themselves as the outright choice to wrap up the league. With David Moyes, and most of United’s players aside from Wayne Rooney, completely mucking up that fixture; you can either expect a rapid turn-around or a quick shift into total crisis mode.
If United continue to drop points in their coming matches it’s going to be a really interesting situation because United fans are not used to being in that position. As David Moyes continues to blame conspiracies for United’s tough fixture list you really have to wonder how much the fans will actually tolerate.
Looking at the odds right now, City are available at a 7/4 price tag to win the league outright and you can get 1/3 odds on the top two places if you’re looking to go each-way.
Chelsea can be backed at a 5/2 listing and, even though Jose Mourinho is probably not having the exact start that he envisioned, his side remain competitive and they were also able to cancel out United the last time they played. A 5/2 listing is about right for the Blues at this point.
