Looking at the odds right now, City are available at a 7/4 price tag to win the league outright and you can get 1/3 odds on the top two places if you’re looking to go each-way. 

Chelsea can be backed at a 5/2 listing and, even though Jose Mourinho is probably not having the exact start that he envisioned, his side remain competitive and they were also able to cancel out United the last time they played. A 5/2 listing is about right for the Blues at this point.
