English Premier League Betting Preview PT 1

There is a lot of action and excitement set to unfold in the English Premier League this weekend and you can find some really solid wagering odds to secure along the way. The action gets off to a big start on Saturday afternoon with Watford playing host to Liverpool - who could go top of the table (temporarily) with a victory against their hosts here.

Liverpool rank as one of the biggest favourites of the weekend with a price of around 7/19 while Watford are a best price of 17/2 to get the result. The draw can be backed around a 19/4 margin and that will likely be a result that Watford would take if offered it prior to the match. 

Leicester City play host to Manchester United on Saturday as well and the Foxes have shown in the past that they can handle pretty much any English Premier League team on their day. Despite being the visitors, United come into the match as the 22/19 favourites to get all three points. 

Leicester City are trading at around 5/2 for the result while the draw sits at an 11/4 listing. That is perhaps a better in-play wager than a pre-match bet as United will be looking to score early. It has been against the weaker teams where they have faltered this season so you have to assume that they will show up ready for a result here. Look for Edinson Cavani to be the difference maker in this one as his height and direct running could trouble Leicester City’s defense. 

Manchester City are the biggest favourites of the weekend as they take on Burnley in a contest that sees them trading as the slim 1/7 favourites to take all three points from the fixture. Burnley are a massive 25/1 to pull off a shock victory while the draw is trading as a 9/1 shout.
