They currently just a point behind Chelsea on 25 points, well behind Liverpool who remain undefeated.

Despite being almost level on points in the league, the bookmakers seem to think that City are poised for a victory here and they are trading around a best price of about 7/15 outright. Chelsea are trading at a best price of 25/4 and it’s not often that you get a chance to back them at a price like that so you reckon there will be a few punters going for that option. 

It will be interesting to look at the way the odds move prior to the kick-off, particularly since it’s the final match of the day so you can expect plenty of betting volume on this one. 

Arsenal are trading at ½ for a victory against Southampton and they should be poised for a victory they need to keep the pressure on the five sides in the league above them. The south coasters are trading as high as an 11/2 price tag with a few bookmakers listing them at 5/1. 

Manchester United take on upstarts Sheffield United on Sunday with Sheffield actually ranked two spots above them in the English Premier League. United look to have Paul Pogba returning and he could be a real factor here as the club need to start picking up victories. 

United are favoured as the visitors and they can be backed at a best price of 5/4 while the host side are trading at 14/5.
